Partner, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Joel joined Bright Investments in 2019 as CFO. He has been serving in financial management roles within the financial services industry for over 30 years.

Previously, Joel served as CFO and partner for Avondale Partners, controller and partner for J.C. Bradford & Co., and served as an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Joel holds a BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University and an MS in Finance from Louisiana State University. Joel also completed the Scarlett Executive Leadership program through Belmont University. Joel is currently registered with FINRA as a Series 28 Introducing Broker-Dealer Financial and Operations Principal and is a CPA (inactive).
